Carlos Cabello is a US Navy Veteran and the Sr. Pastor of Peace in the Valley Ministry in Rancho Cucamonga, California.

For the last 25 years he and his wife Lori have been Certified Addictions Treatment Counselors by the State of California and operated a county approved program for first time offenders in the area of drug and alcohol abuse.

At the moment Carlos is a Veteran Administration Accredited Claim’s Agent. His vision is to become a Veteran Advocate and help veterans obtain benefits entitled to them. And to help veterans in the areas of transitional living, sober living, alcohol and substance abuse counseling, help spouses and families of active duty personnel while in deployment, in addition to any other obstacle that may arise that prevents Veterans from becoming productive and whole within the reach of Saints for Soldiers.

It has been said that it takes a special woman to become a pastors wife and that’s exactly who Lori Cabello is. Along side her husband they pastor Peace in the Valley Ministry in Rancho Cucamonga, California. For the last 25 years she has worked in the areas of special education and addictions, as a Certified Addictions Treatment Counselor by the State of California. Lori established, supervised and operated a county approved program for first time offenders in the area of drug and alcohol abuse.  Her passion is to help veterans and people.

 ROBERT (ROB) PETERS

Chief Financial Officer

Rob Peters has been in the financial services industry since 1998. Nearly all that time as a mortgage lender. His track record is proven of providing his clients with honest, straightforward information that is relevant to their needs in language that is clear and understandable.  Building trust and exceeding expectations is the core of how he earns referral business.

Rob also believes in educating his clients in order to provide the best possible service. To that end, he holds degrees and licenses to keep up on current trends and stay relevant within the industry.  Education and licensing includes: a real estate broker's license from the California Bureau of Real Estate in addition to an NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) certification.  He also holds a Master of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from California State University, San Bernardino. In addition, he is a licensed and bonded notary as well as a licensed casualty and property broker/agent with the state of California.

Rob is a US Navy veteran who served during Operation Desert Storm and was born and raised in Southern California.  During his time in the Navy, he had the opportunity to visit 14 countries and crossed through the Panama Canal in addition to being named an Honorable Shellback when the guided missile frigate, U.S.S. George Phillip, crossed the equator. 

This fellow veteran considers it an honor and a privilege to serve our nation's heroes in any way possible.

On a personal note, he has been married to his wife Elizabeth since 1998 and enjoys every day spent with her and their 4 beautiful children.  For relaxation, he enjoys golfing and spending time with family and friends boating on the Colorado River (near Lake Havasu).
